New Interactive, No-Cost Polling Resource Available for UCI Faculty & Staff

Poll Everywhere, a popular web-based polling tool, is now available to faculty and staff as a free resource campus-wide.

Using Poll Everywhere allows users to capture audience feedback across remote classes, meetings, and hybrid workspaces through live online polling, surveys, Q&As, quizzes, word clouds, and more. 

Some additional features:

  • Questions can be presented individually, as a survey, or within a live competition for points. 
  • Offers support for collaboration during both synchronous and asynchronous activities.
  • UCI Canvas integration to sync rosters and grades for class activities is all standard 
  • Participants can respond to polls via any web-enabled device (laptop, phone, tablet) or even by text message.

Get Started

Visit the Poll Everywhere website, select ‘Login’ and enter your campus email address. You’ll be prompted to login with your UCInetID and password, creating an account automatically.

UCI faculty & staff who already have a separate Poll Everywhere account associated with their UCI email address can migrate to the central license by emailing clickers@uci.edu for assistance.
