As alumni, you have two options to keep your UCI email active after you graduate.

  1. Keep your UCI Gmail address with annual renewals

Microsoft 365 (Exchange)

Microsoft 365 accounts are available to all faculty and staff outside of Health Sciences.

My.Name Email Addresses

Faculty, staff, and graduate students, you can choose an alternate email address alias based on your full name. Any email sent to your My.Name@UCI.edu email address will be delivered to the same email account you already use.

Passwords

Use our Password Self-Service to reset or change any OIT managed password.
