Quicklink(s)
Use a Network Service Request to request a new or modify an existing wired/wireless network service.
OIT’s Network Service Request process involves submitting an online form detailing the requested service or change, providing relevant information such as the location and device type, and obtaining necessary approvals from the departmental IT or other relevant parties. OIT will review the request, provide a timeline and cost estimate if applicable, and proceed with the service or change once approved.
Types of services include support for, but are not limited to:
- New network jacks
- Modifying existing network jacks
- Any other network new/modify requests
This does not include fixing existing network issues. Please contact the OIT Help Desk for support of the existing network.
