OIT Support Holiday Hours 2024
As the festive season is upon us, we wanted to keep you informed about our operating hours during Winter break. Please take note of the changes so you can plan your support inquiries accordingly!
Scheduled Telephone System Outage, December 13-14.
OIT has scheduled a required upgrade of the campus telephone system that will result in intermittent outages of campus telephone services from Friday, December 13 at 8:00pm until Saturday, December 14 at 4:00am.
Chat Messaging Retention Policy To Begin December 20, 2024
Beginning Friday, December 20, 2024, chat messages in Google Chat, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Chat that are more than 1-year old will begin to be auto-deleted. This new policy applies for all students, faculty, staff, and affiliates at UCI.
