Mitel MiCollab Software Phone
Quicklink(s)
MiCollab is a “soft phone” application that is being phased out and replaced by MS Teams Phone. MS Teams Phone can be used on a mobile device or computer, allowing people to make and answer calls using their UCI phone number. It replaces a desk phone.
Existing MiCollab Customers
MiCollab Software Phone is being phased out with the migration to the MS Teams Phone Service. If you have existing MiCollab service, use the Support tab for assistance.
UCI Health Medical Center Employees
MiCollab is not available to employees working at the UCI Health Medical Center.
Calling Emergency Services with MiCollab Discouraged
Calling 911 from the web browser or MiCollab app on your computer is highly discouraged, as the softphone will not be able to accurately report your location to emergency responders. If doing so is your only option, report your precise location when calling. Calling 911 from your cell phone or landline is the best option.
