OIT Data Center
OIT’s Data Center (OITDC) provides a suitable environment for housing modern computing equipment for campus wide computing services and “co-located” systems.

OIT provides space in our Data Center (OITDC) for non-OIT systems that would benefit from capabilities like essential power, air conditioning, flooring, and networking capabilities.

UCInet Mobile Access provides UCI affiliates and visitors a fast and convenient way to connect to the web via Wi-Fi with mobile computers and devices.

Eduroam provides simple, easy, secure connectivity from thousands of hotspots across more than 100 countries.
Lightpath Network
UCI Lightpath is a high-speed network infrastructure on the UCI campus, dedicated for data-intensive researchers for fast data transfer within and beyond the campus.
Static IP Address & Campus DNS Requests
Registering your computer or server for use on the UCI network involves getting an IP address and a DNS domain name.
Network Service Request
Request a new or modify an existing wired/wireless network service, including network jacks.

OIT Provides information technology consulting services for new building projects, from initiation to closing, in coordination with UCI campus partners.
Residential Networking (ResNet)
OIT offers computer networking and cable television assistance to residents of several residential communities.

AWS Cloud Services
Secure, discounted access to Amazon Web Services (AWS) – a broadly adopted cloud platform, offering over 200 full-featured infrastructure and application services from data centers globally.
Database Administration Services
The OIT Database Team provides database administration services to campus clients for Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL and Oracle, on a recharge basis.

Server Registration
Server registration is required if you wish to enable off-campus access to any particular UCI computer.Â

Virtual Server Hosting provides a virtual server for departments with Web or application hosting needs.
