Planned Maintenance
The following OIT services have planned downtimes or maintenance scheduled. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the OIT Help Desk.
Systems Maintenance: Registrar and Financial Services
Scheduled for: Saturday, Feb 08, 2025 at 8:00 AM to Saturday, Feb 08, 2025 at 4:00 PM
Details:
The Registrar and Financial Services systems will be experiencing downtime for systems maintenance on Saturday 2/8/2025 from 8AM to 4PM.
The following Registrar services/systems will not be available during the downtime:
- ARIES
- WebReg
- LawReg
- eSOC
- Course Prerequisites
- PMTV
- sftp file transfers
- XNET
- Parchment Transcript Fulfillment
Note: Webadmin/StudentAccess will remain available, but updates such as address changes will not be applied to the student record until after the maintenance.
The following Financial Services services/systems will not be available during the downtime:
- CBSO
- eCommerce
- DEFT
- OPAL Cashiering & OPAL-COD
- SBS – available but no data updates
- SLC
- TRA
- Zot Account Online & Guest Access
