MiCollab Server Maintenance
Scheduled for: Wednesday, Mar 05, 2025 at 6:00 PM to Wednesday, Mar 05, 2025 at 10:00 PM
Details:
The Office of Information Technology (OIT) will be upgrading the MiCollab server.
Impact During Upgrade:
- MiCollab phone service will be intermittently unavailable
- MiCollab users may experience difficulties making or receiving calls
Post-Upgrade Actions: MiCollab PC Client Software Upgrade
- Users may be prompted to upgrade their MiCollab PC client software
- Users with admin rights on their PCs should proceed with the upgrade
- Users without admin rights on managed PCs should decline the upgrade prompt (Your computer support team will perform the upgrade later)
