04/30/2025, 09:23 AMWe are investigating reports of a inbound email attachment scan service degradation affecting Microsoft 365 mailboxes. Users are reporting that their email attachments are stuck in the scanning process, not allowing them to view the attachment. The vendor is aware and working on a fix. We will provide updates via this ticket once we have more information. Alternatively, you may check our website https://www.oit.uci.edu/ for status updates.
